Consultancy & E help:

If our E help letters or E book not reached you on your given Email or Consultancy is not been given and we also fail to help you then, in that case, you will get the money back. If the E help letters, E book reached you in your given Email or Consultancy is been given then you will not get the money back.

The nature of digital media means that once you have Received any E help Letter or E book or Consultancy  there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. So all payments at Shreeda Vision are non-refundable and any request or dispute will be rejected without any communication.

Though we can assure you of the best possible 24×7 access to our website, sometimes downtime can happen which may hamper services.

Products:

Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).Shreeda Vision gives customer all the information they need to manage their returns or RTOs (Return to Origin) along with details on compensation and charges levied for each return/RTO. We have best-in-class tools to help our sellers track and manage their returns, get order or product level data as well as detailed shipping tracking, payment and order history.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • If a customer returns a product, then the customer is charged complete shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.

  • If an order is not delivered to a customer and gets converted to an RTO (Return to Origin), the customer will not be charged any additional fee for shipping.

  • All return & RTO related charges can be tracked & managed using different tools that are provided to Shreeda Vision.

  • Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived off.

 No Cancellation Penalty:

In order to maintain a good customer experience for customers, it is important for you to ensure that the products you have choosen on Shreeda Vision are in stock and available to ship. However, we understand that there could be delays that are out of your control leading to late dispatch or order cancellation. In that case, Shreeda Vision will not charge any penalty to you so you can continue to buy online without any tension.
